Bank Rakyat has got the highest FD rate so far. But, I heard it's not insured by PIDM. So, is it safe?

correct. Bank Rakyat is not protected by PIDM. That's why they offer higher interest to attract customer

Not protected by PIDM will cause what ? Pls advise me.

I intended to get the personal loan at Bank Rakyat, ok or not ?
Does not protected by PIDM affecting my risk higher ?

risks vs benefits. if you have a lot of money, then i suppose the extra 1% wun make a different to you relatively speaking. on the other hand, if your funds is not that much, that extra 1% might not worth wasting your time for parking and line up and so.
