At the following time, we will be performing emergency maintenance Japan Data Center Worlds. During this period, the Worlds listed below will be unavailable.

We will be implementing the following with this maintenance.
- We will be resolving an issue where the server goes down under certain situations, and the players are unable to use the chat feature.
-Adjusting the parameters to countermeasure the server load.

*We had a maintenance that was implemented on Sep. 11, 2013 at 4:00 p.m. to Sep. 12, 2013 at 12:55 a.m. to countermeasure the heavy load, and as a result, the server is currently not functioning normally. As announced, we were planning to avoid peak times to implement the maintenance, but due to the server experiencing extremely heavy load, we see that there are issues regarding login as well. Since we are not in a situation to have normal play, we will be implementing the maintenance as soon as possible. We apologize for implementing the maintenance during peak times.

We are currently experiencing technical difficulties in several Japanese data center Worlds wherein users are disconnected from several instances. Additionally, some users who were disconnected from instances are experiencing an issue wherein they cannot login.

The issue is currently under investigation, and new updates will follow as additional information becomes available.
