The campus will not shift due to the land belong to UTAR but you do you know how big is Kampar?
Is bigger than your imagination... I would advise that go to see yourself before invest...

Just enticing forumers. 188K all sold out. Available now only close to 300K for 856sqf n above. If I hv to spend 300K in Kampar, I'll think twice.

Developer seems blacklisted by bank in their previous project. Cant get loan. Sad, I wasted 2 hrs with the SA just now. Really prepare to buy d. Luckily credit card machine not working just now. To all forumers check out their developer Masahandal development on lowyat forum. Their previous project was Kampus West City.

Previous project suppose completed last Sep until now still abandon. Developer from a chain of sub company under one mother company. Think they are manipulating their cash to equity ratio too low to gain higher cash liquidity and lower income tax. what ever the case, check out their previous project at lowyat forum and visit the site itself. then will see d
