I just sent it yesterday at Penang's prangin mall. I have a black dot at the camera lens. The SEMS service centre says that the phone would be available back at most 2 weeks because they need to send to HQ at KL as they don't have the facilities to open a water resistant phone. I'm now trying to survive without phone for 2 weeks. Day 2 today..

yes the 4th floor one. I afraid they don't aware of the black dot because it's just one.. later send go HQ come back the same problem I really will smash it and give back to them hahahah

Maybe it doesn't all the same company? This SEMS service centre maybe just one of the authorized centre. You could go anywhere you want. Pick one with a complete facilities would be better.. Penang doesn't have the option.

Day 4 on since I sent my XZ to repair at Penang. I keep tracking my XZ work progress on the web on SEMSservice.com but keep no result. Don't know what they do really -.-

Do anyone here send their phone to service centre for black dot issue in camera mode? How long they took to fix your phone? I'm from Penang and I sent my XZ to SEMS Service Sdn. Bhd. They said they need to send to their HQ at AMCORP mall. So after a week, I phone to the one located in Penang and they say they sent to their HQ already. I phone to the HQ and the person says the camera parts are not ready. The guy in Penang branch promised a maximum 2 weeks for me and now, the one at HQ says the camera parts will only arrive by next Friday. I was like WTF? Who's the one who say that maximum time taken is 2 weeks?
