QUOTE(maeve @ Oct 9 2013, 08:26 PM) Exactly my point as well. I needed the data to be on all the time for my work email. Now I need to use 2G connection in order to conserve batt, just like how I did with my BB. Only during surfing/FB/tweet I'll change to 3G. See how it goes in a few days. Agreed that batteries need a few charge cycles until optimum performance. Got consider note 2 as well when wanna go for new hp. But feel like too big for me and I still have feeling for Sony If stil not good, I guess I just make a move to Note 2, or 3. |

QUOTE(droidtrix @ Oct 9 2013, 10:09 PM) Well, I have no complain on SmartPhones Battery Life. before I go to work, I will charge it to the max. during work, i use it to make a couple of phone calls and occasional messaging. after work, I still got around 40%. back home, play some games and fb awhile and left around 15-20% and wait till next day for next charge.Almost all the SmartPhones has its own Pros and Cons on Battery Life. So far Xperia Z / ZL has battery life of 3 to 4 hrs SOT. Thats depends on Usage. No argue on that. As I been using ZL past couple of months, I am happy with what the Device performing.. I can achieve SOT 3 hrs plus based on 24 hrs Data On, Whatspps , SMS and Calls. Also I have disabled Auto SYNC on all Accounts used, I am only manually SYNC once a day.. I found that when stamina mode was on, the mobile data was off automatically most of the time unless you go switch your phone on again. just use it for around 4 days, not sure yet the battery already reached its peak performance or not. |

QUOTE(ChuanHong @ Oct 15 2013, 12:37 AM) Best photo quality is use normal mode. Set the settings from ISO (night,400-800), white balance (daylight all the time), Exposure level and Metering (center mostly). Adjust to ur preferred acceptable level.. Superior auto will capture indoor photo up to high ISO, and cause it a lot of noise.. U can check ur photo see.. i guess ISO of your photo around 640. i try post 2 example at bottom. Sorry, 5MP quality.. forget to set higher.. Orange lighting is Normal mode, Brighter is Scene Night mode. ISO play very much important at indoor and low light there.. lower = less noise. higher more grainy quality. Indoor - ISO 200 - 400. Night (400-800). U will look dark in preview there. its ok. Focus set multifocus or single focus. Not sure why but sometimes my pictures looks soft. But there are something that I quite like with its camera is its low light performance. Tried compared it with my friend Iphone 5 during KL Photography festival, we tried to snap a few photos of models there and found that my photos look brighter when we took the photos from the same spots. Tested it in a dark room with some light coming from outside. It managed to capture those dim lights and even the room (with some noise though) when I on the flash. Anyone compared it with Lumia? |

QUOTE(wind3524 @ Oct 15 2013, 11:30 PM) It seem can't on stabilizer when u manual the ISO in Sony camera app. When stabilizer is turned on then turn the ISO to 100-1600, the stabilizer will turn off automatically. really that good? gonna download it and give it a try...Right now I prefer SuperCamera.apk because it captures lesser noise than stock camera app. |
