my xzl fell from my desk just now. now the camera has that infamous black dot. it's a small dot. but i fear more dots will appear.

i'm planning to send it for warranty tomorrow or should i wait for more dots to appear? there's a small scratch on the bottom glass strip. but it's not caused by the fall but because i accidentally put the phone and my key in the same pocket. will they reject my claim because of the scratch?..

really?.. darn.. i sent my phone for repair yesterday because of the black dot thing. they promised to return the phone within 3-7 days. their standard answer i guest.

i really hope i dont have to wait that long. currently using my old xperia ray. i cant stand the lagginess. it's too old to run all the latest apps.

day 5 without my XZL.. please la sony repair my phone faster..
everything is slow on my xperia ray.

finally.. got my XZL back from service center yesterday. but the technician not reassembled my phone properly. there's a slight gap between the back part and the phone near the earphone jack..

just returned from the service center. they refitted the back panel. i waited for 10 min for them to finish the job.

i stopped using nillkin casing after it scratched my XZL side panel. currently using rock casing

help.. my XZL cannot turn on.

my XZL's battery drained completely last night. i connected it to wall charger and went to sleep.

at 4am, i woke up and and saw the led still red and it wont turn on. i pulled out the charger and try to turn my phone on. only red led blink 3 times.

what is wrong with my XZL?.. i m soo malas to go to service center again. last time i send my XZL because of the black dot camera.

i'm using the original charger.
it's been hours of charging but still cannot switch it on.

i dont usually let my phone battery totally drained.
my daily usage usually left the phone's battery at 15-20% before bed.
last time i let the battery completely drain was few months ago.

i tried pushing the reset button, nothing happen.

thinking of visiting service center.. but all close until sunday.

my phone still under warranty period.
how long they take to change the mobo? hopefully not more than a week.
currently using my xperia ray.. very2 slow..

but seriously.. i've done nothing to damage the mobo. just the the phone shut down by itself because of low battery.

ok.. will try rest the phone for a while.

it turned out that my XZL battery was over-drained. last night i tried connecting my phone to pc and when i push the power button, my phone vibrated and came back to life. the battery was 1%. i quickly charged it with wall charger..

i just hope it wont happen again. and i will never let my battery totally drained again.
