Did you try using 'Sony PC Companion' and 'Sony Update Service'? Download one of them and plug in your phone to check the latest firmware.

Done it and it says that my firmware is the latest one which is 4.1.2. Please, please help me? cry.gif hehe

yes its safe..

it functions just like an updated, it'll download online and then flash by itself..
make sure you dont unplug ur phone while its in process thats all..

you should have .67 for the latest firmware (4.2.2)
what software version were you on before this?
*
My current version is 4.1.2 - 10.1.1.A.1.253. Can you help me? Pretty please

Here i suggest you to follow the step in this site http://xperiafirmware.com/8-firmware/33-sony-xperia-z-c6603 . My xperia mini, cannot update to ics using pc companion or SUS, then i install the update manualy from this site, its work fine with me. Hope this is helping you. smile.gif
#or you can just wait for the next updates coming next month.
*
Thank you so much for your suggestion. I thought of using your method if wind3524's methods doesn't work but then his methods works fine and yours should too. Thanks again though. Really appreciate it.

Since PCC and SUS didn't work with your phone..I suggest u to flash the latest firmware with flashtool.

Download latest FW.
Latest Firmware (Sg/My): http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2466724

most likely..

becuz i used generic BE firmware, and i can update to .67

but i might use this SG one when 4.3 comes out next month (according to sony biggrin.gif )
flash and give a full wipe.
*
Ohhh. I think mine is from Indonesia or something because it got an app that called Love Indonesia. Maybe that's the reason why it doesn't work. Haha.

Yeahh and 4.4 maybe next year. That's awesome. Can't wait for that to happen.
