Guys, I have something to ask.

I noticed recently my camera got some sort of dead pixel.

Anyone experience this before? Any solution?

Is this covered under warranty?

I thought can get 1:1 replacement if stil under warranty?

If I manage to get 1:1 replacement from the warranty, would u be willing to buy the new XPZ set from me?

Because am thinking about doing that, IF (very big IF) I have the money.

The pictures from my current XPZ is just not to my par (am so used to photo quality from my previous Canon S95).

Just Googled. Doesn't look pocket friendly.

Previously I used Palm Centro (1.3mp camera only).

I've been going around with it AND my S95 for constant random snapping.

Now that I've got a phone with (somewhat) decent camera which is my XPZ, I don't think I can go back to the hassle of carrying two devices everywhere.

Hence contemplating the XPZ1.

Got my XPZ back after 4 working days.

Camera replacement due to black dot (under warranty).

They only replace the camera module, no 1:1 new phone exchange.

They updated to latest firmware too.

If still under 1 year warranty period, yes free replacement.

I did enquire about the waterproof part, and the girl over the counter said they will test everything out, including the waterproof feature before returning it.
