Try using pcc to repair..

PCC= PC Companion.

try using flash tool or SUS.
but use older firmware, not the 267.
you can find it in xda or first page.

if still fails, then it's time to bring it over to service center to claim for sudden death.

ok lah u still use ray. im using 3310 only 
better send to repair.  i got this problem before. try SUS/PCC also no luck. 12 days at sc and counting 

battery problem..might be mainboard problem also..they dont keep these parts. thats why take long time to repair. my problem is everthing ok when charging. when not charging, click any apps go dead. use pcc/sus/flashtool dont settle this problem. bring to sc they flash new firmware also not ok..
