Now they offer me full refund, I think this phone really have some issue , my problem now is where to find my cash bill, hahaha seriously can't be soft with customer service . . . Else I like the z1 owner send for repair . . .

i think they know the issue, they don't even pressure test or do anything other than touching back panel .......
another issue very funny, they keep pursuit me for refund, as i told them, i'm out door person prefer phone with IP rating .....

seem like they offer full refund, than i can go with Z1 now .... btw how much z1 cost now ?? (just check out the prices still rm 2100++) ... too high d ...

brand new now is 1.6k ++ only .... than u expect rm 1.3k -1.4k for 6 month use set ? is 2-3 hundred different, most ppl will go for new set .....

sony rrp is crazy with lot of bundle (dock, bt, power bank and bla), unfortunately no trust with Z now .... else i buy again, nice looking phone

bring me ur XZ for 10 second, i guaranty ur water proof features gone,that is design failure .... no other issue, also telling us what phone u use before doesn't show u have better knowledge .....

yah yesterday try out with sony tech
u just need to twist the phone and water proof is gone, that why their Z1 come with alloy frame .... he told me is their design fault


i like Z more than z1 due to prices different too much but spec minor

we open up, seal back with heat (confirm dry n bla bla), than try water proof + bla bla test, everything ok but tech show me, he just need to twist the phone twice and become guaranty masuk air hahahha that why i said design fail ....

than ..... hhahah i dunno that is possible how my new phone with guaranty water masuk features ..

any one want dock charger and soft case ?
i have one transparent (sand back) and black softcase, + 1 white dock + 1 black dock + 1 screen protector (actually have few more, but dunno where i put d )
