U can try use ur headphone jack put inside the hole.if cannot fully pull the jack,there will be something stuck inside.
If this case, the phone not faulty n u are very2 lucky.

Try go setting>security>tick unknown sources

Check using pc companion / sony update service

Try refresh or restart the phone.

Mostly already update movie n walkman without prob.im not sure n mybe software conflict or some app make it disable.do u install other movie player n muzik player?if so, try uninstall first n try again

For me normal usage can last early morning until 10-11pm.but still depend usage. Dont expect more.still goog for me.
If u think batt drain quite fast, try to calibrate the batt.drain until zero/phone shutdown, then fully charge.
If drain fast after major update, its normal.this is os fully running to update the system.

The phone not 1year in my market.exactly still under warranty.yes bring receipt some time seller didnt fillup.
So many ppl when sell their phone said warranty not fillup. So when u fillup the warrant start.SC not stupid,later ask where ur receipt.they also check imei registration online.

Im using 8g,16g,32g,64, all ultra sandisk no problem.please check either u slot properly or not.

For normal practice exactly no.inside people mybe.when they deliver the goods from origin country,all serial number/imei will record inside packing list for custom.

for case, im using tpu/silicone case coz me RM10 only...coz i no need to worry if my drop at the edge or around the housing, no dent or scratch...my phone have many time drop and throw by my son and daughter..haha

last time my previous phone using hard case, once drop at least dent or case crack...

last time im using RM60 SP IMOS...after 2-3 weeks, the SP get scratch with rainbow line...then just using cheap one...

When update rolling out,doesnt mean u can get immediately. Need que also. When update roll out, please check both pcc and sus.

Owh ok.so means need to check pcc n sus. As mention before from our member reinstall pcc.my experience, what ever update, dont skip.im not facing any prob with my phone until now.
