Car. It's simple physics really. Cars have 4 contact patch vs bikes 2. Therefore, cars have more grip and will be able to carry more speed in the corners. The same thing applies with braking.

Bikes on the other hand, have better power to weight ratio. Not a lot of cars can match it, so usually bikes can exit a corner and accelerate faster than cars.

Salah. Car however u put it is more superior in any way from bike, provided the road is good enough.

Power = u can put any size engine in a car
Stability = car more stable, spoiler here and there incresing it more.

Car can go into corner and exit even faster than bike. Than is the main advantage of car. Even straight line accelerarion a car wins, but a bike can clode down the gap, but not in corners

Bikes are lighter so they can out accelerate most cars with the exception of F1, and some, but not all ridiculously expensive supercars.

Again, tldr, bikes will probably win most drag race with cars. Pui pui.
