Actually putting sand at wet wound helps it dry faster

Natural heal is the best. Since no fracture, doc say minor issue.
Last time I got apply ice then swollen go down. But now cant do heavy work else hurt only.

haha. not a signature collector ... dont have their merchandize also, anthony pesch and leah stunt bums product or nice stuff for signature.

i will try give them sticker though see can stick on the bike or not
