not really. just spend some time to practice handling the bike especially during low speeds coz that's the time you're gonna spend most of the time controlling the throttle, clutch and gearing brows.gif

maybe you can have a heads up by borrowing a friend's bike to get a first look on how everything goes. 150cc, 250cc or 650cc, the gearing is similar but only separated by how many gears it have and power range whistling.gif
