It took over by Singapore developer in 2013 & open for sale in Oct 2013 with construction stage reached level 5/6. However, they stopped selling since August 2014 and discontinued with the previous exclusive Marketing Agent due to poor sales. But, construction still carry on at slow pace.

They had appointed Royale Rich as exclusive marketing agent recently & re-open for sale with some new package. Construction now reached level 9/10.
