I think call centre has really good prospects. I have been in the CC industry for a little more than 2 years now. Its like one big family. The moment a new department head or perhaps Team Leader comes in, some people will recognize them from their old workplace, etc, etc.... So its really about jumping from centre to centre. And Malaysia is just busting with them call centres.

That's right biggrin.gif ... I know this male Supervisor/Leader Helpdesk working in CSA and he complained to his superior in US about this girl who he doesn't like. That poor girl was sacked, 24 hrs notice. I heard that she complained about her tight shift schedules...tsk tsk. Too bad then, coz when ur in this line u must be prepared to do shifts.

Anyone here working in CSA? Again, no offense yah hehe tongue.gif *Cheers*

How is the working environment in CSA ?i'm going to interview for helpdesk position in CSA next thursday.Any advise or word of wisdom? thank in advance !
