overclocking AMD sempron 2400, help~! how to overclock this prosessor~~

hi guyz~ i'm currently using AMD sempron 2400+ with MSI KM4M-V mother board. My question is How to over clock and what is needed to overclock... i'm currently using all standard parts (havent been mod before). i'm a rookie in his part~
p/s: all help is much appreciate. i really needed to overclock my this pc... |

bear in mind MSI KM4M-V doesn't have overclocking function...
