Do you need plumbing service or water filter or pumps feel free to call PM me. By the way Engaging Fengshui does play important roles in the occupants. Mine I engaged Kenny Hoo for my 3 houses and did affect our wealth and health. I did not believe until I met Him and before that I engaged as  fenghshui master but It got worst.

First of all...i really don't think a tenant would want to paint the property for the landlord...at least I know I won't, if I'm the tenant.. Painting a dsl ain't cheap eh.....  sweat.gif
Moreover, the painting procedure is kinda tedious as the first step definitely gonna be removing the mold using the high pressure jet, to prevent the mold resurface...
Also, the painting is done by the main con, the charges are including paint material. So, the remaining paint are not belong to me...  tongue.gif

A walkthrough of my house? Means that you guys will know where I hide my pure gold toilet bowl lor!? LOL!! biggrin.gif
Haha...just kidding, definitely will when I finish the furnishing... smile.gif
I prefer the backwash pipe to face inward so that I can save the water for washing car porch or watering the plant.  wink.gif

No way the backwash water you use it for washing car porch.
Watering the plant still OK.
The backwash water is so dirty.

just a warning: this floor trap looks good, but drainage is terrible. my contractor mistakenly installed it in my shower area and the water can't go down fast enough.

you can buy it at Builders Hardware, Kepong.
