It's good to have more interactions in the thread which it gives me motivation to go on instead of me alone "shiok sendiri"...hahaha   

The skirting that I'm using here is the plastic type with embossed wood grain, the color called Pearl Teak.
One good thing of using the plastic type skirting is ofcoz termite proof. Inovar is giving lifetime termites warranty on the floor board but exclude the skirtings and accessories. Their wooden skirtings are made of those cheap mdf, so might as well get the plastic ones...
