Lol, when people talk about budgets here Abba's song Money, Money, Money keeps popping into my head.

Lovely plans! Can't wait to see the progression. smile.gif

Well, lucky you. Getting on the bandwagon early. We're in pre-pre-pre planning stages right now. Ick.

House completed before I was born. XD Patiently waiting for funds. We're adding two floors up to a single storey terraced house.

Haha. My biggest problem is that because I have so much time I change my mind a lot. And yet at the end of the day, it has to be decided by my dad. It's his house after all.

Now that I've looked back on the plans, there's definitely a poison arrow from in the master bedroom. Doesn't that mean the ground floor bedroom also has one too? So does bedroom 3.

I've changed my planning on the master bedroom position before i post this topic actually... It is a poison arrow in the original drawing as the bed in master bedroom is too close and facing direct to that wall.
Where as for bedroom 2 it will be avoided when I put a wardrobe there. It is a guess room btw.
For bedroom 3, the impact is not so much as it is a distance from the sofa and i can put a plant there to fade out the 'sha-chi'. It will be our study/working cums upstairs tv room.
Im not utilizing the room downstairs at the moment. However, it can be avoided with just changes on bed positioning.

Unfortunately, my mom arrange my bed so my feet are facing the door. doh.gif

In feng shui, it is not good for feet to face directly to the doors...

I told her that so many times but she gets angry everytime I move furniture around, ieven if it is my own room. shakehead.gif

As long as u are feeling everything alright now, then don't bother lar...
If everything has to follow strictly, life will be kinda difficult...
Just do adjustment on which we can and comfortable, that's most important.

Im changing my bedroom positioning due to my uncomfortable feeling on the close distance to the sharp edge and it will be difficult for us to move around too... Another consideration, that I'm actually taking the advice from my friend who said it is so 'sayang' making a very spacious room into a small room with the wardrobe partition...

I've also ordered some mixed-material kinda mosaics for the bathrooms' feature walls but they rang me that they are out of stock on the designs on second and third pic... sad.gif

So, i went 'window-shopping' here today in hometown and found something else which I pretty like them too...  They are more 3D textured and mixed with aluminum. Took the pic and gonna search for it when I return to KL later... tongue.gif

I've been awake all night because we had to pick my mother up at the airport. Red-eye flight.

Thanks for the updates! Shame about the stainless steel mosaic tiles. sad.gif but money saved. rclxms.gif

Your home looks like a posh art/furniture gallery. I love the natural light coming into the kitchen. smile.gif
