Was also thinking of buying similar house in your area last year (opposite the Petronas?) but finally decided on a Condo down the road near Saujana...hope to pick up the keys in a couple of weeks then my journey will begin too! I have read it all from page1 and for sure will help me a lot! Although mine will not be a major renovation will still need to renovate kitchen and a couple of bathrooms etc...i now have a good idea on how to start it all off. Anyhow thanks for the great info,cheers!  |
