Philosophy PHD/Doctor in Business Admin entry with Degree, Is it possible to study without master?

Hi guys, I would like to know is it possible to study DBA/PHD in Business Administration "WITHOUT" a Master in Business Administration certificate?
If yes, which University offers it and how?
Is it possible to complete PHD/DBA within 2 years?
