A poster on WPCentral forum has posted some screenshot from GDR3 update, dubbed "Bittersweet Shimmer". He claimed to have got a developer L920 from Craig's list, although Microsoft is probably going knocking on his door now.

Some notable features are rotation lock, custom tone for SMS, mail, etc, driving mode, better multitasking (there's an X to close apps in multitasking page now).

Confirmed features so far:

• Custom sounds for text, voice mail, e-mail, and reminders (not seen in this build of GDR3)
• Restore over Wi-Fi when you reset your phone
• Huge amount of work on Bluetooth with various vehicles and devices
• Driving Mode
• Screen rotation lock
• 'X' to close out apps in multitasking
• Icon for multitasking apps
• General performance improvements
• 1080P Display support (for new devices)
• Support for new Qualcomm chipsets

Some of the features here have been known for some time but it's nice to finally see them in action.

I kinda remember reading similar thing, but can't be arsed to look it up last night.

Updated OP with video. It looks like there's a setting for separate music/video volume but it's disabled in this unit (see around 2:50).
