Its fairly easy to root this device. U can follow guide from here:

http://theunlockr.com/2013/10/25/root-lg-g2-versions-video/

Then install xposed framework. Then u can try many xposed tweak available for G2. The one i use is here:

http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2477586

Happy rooting!

Already rooted my LG G2 D802, but I unable to install TWRP recovery tools properly, it pops out an error message when i tried to reboot into recovery.

Download the d802 IMG and followed Option 1 in this thread (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2449670) but unsuccessful, and proceed with Option 2 but gives me an error message during reboot.

Anyone mind to share how to do it? Or what recovery tools that you guys using for Nandroid backup?

I follow the steps from the same thread and it worked for me, I used option 1. Make sure when u are executing those scripts you are not getting any error

It gives me an error when i'm using method 1 "The file is not Loki image" sweat.gif

However, I manage to install TWRP 2.6.3.3 by using Auto-Method from this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2472223

Did a Nandroid backup using TWRP recovery and continue to install Xposed Framework and do some modding as provided by XDA.

Now enjoying it very much!! rclxm9.gif
