Best PC LED monitor for PS3 gaming

Hi all, Currently I am in the market to buy a good PC LED monitor to connect to PS3. Below are the details: Distance from playing position to monitor: Around 1 meter Budget: Below RM500 I've been reading on other forums concerning the refresh rates of the PC LED monitor (60Hz vs 120 Hz). Some have argued that there is no difference between 60Hz or 120Hz when running the PS3, while others said yes. So I'm kinda unsure which is the most important aspect when selecting the PC LED monitor in order to run PS3. Btw, I don't plan to get a LED TV as it costs more and my bedroom isn't that big to place another 32 inch LED TV. Any thoughts? Thanks.  |

you can always find 22~24 inch tv. usually hdmi monitor are more expensive.

but tis great led price is hiking since two year~ last time, u can get on RM54x now around rm600 XD

Dell UltraSharp U2312HM 23" is really nice. But have to put a little bit of money more.
Definitely the bang for the bucks!

U2312HM is a really good monitor.. for PC..
Not really suitable for PS3 as it does not have a HDMI output..
Better find a monitor with HDMI output.

you can use DVI to HDMI cable mah..  both cable send digital data unlike VGA/composite  |

try the LG 23" ips display, but its about 550-600++ definitely worth it to use with a ps3 and also with your computer. looks good too. model number 23ea63v

I just bought Dell S2240L LED Monitor 21.5" for playing my PS3 with it at my college. Only RM499. It have hdmi input, VGA and also audio output jack. Im really happy with it right now.

I'm using Dell S2240L due to my plasma got burn in image while playing FFXIV.anyway,this
LED Monitor is recommended as it has a glossy screen which will contribute to a better color
reproduction.ive not notice any difference when using this monitor compare to plasma as no
ghosting visible when im playing games or watch movies.the downside of this monitor is it lack of
connectivity.it comes with 1 hdmi and 1 vga port thus summed up to it affordable price.if u
dont mind the glossy screen and the lack of input,u might consider this LED though.
