1. COBOL is still pretty much used in the banking industry, there's even a .net version of it
2. C++/C has and will continue to be an important language. Not many languages can beat it in terms of speed and capability
3. SAP consultancy takes time, effort and a lot of money to learn. And I'm starting to feel that too many people are trying to get into it.
