I think to answer your questions, how easy is it for you to find a job, I would have to say that all your college and diploma projects come in handy. If you have some good work samples I think it should be relatively easy to bad a job.

As for salary, I wont be so optimistic about a diploma. A degree holder takes around RM1.5 - RM1.8K. Diploma maybe only RM1200. BUT if you have good projects I think you can try to demand RM1.8K.
