JC stands for Japan Club and it is the place where the KL weiqi players meet every Saturday. You can get the address from previous posts in this thread and also the price for the goban. Previous threads also has links to websites that teach the basics too. Just spend a little time reading through it.

Its opened on public holidays but for only on weekends not even fridays, if you can you should go on saturdays.

Ohh hi there I am still looking over this thread. Welcome to this ancient game.

You can just go in and tell them that you are going to the go room or just say chess room when they do not know what is it.
