Most factory manufactured keyboards uses Pb-Free Solder.
Not sure 40W is enough. Normally I set to 450'C and the solder melts.
Desoldering wick will just damage the pads if you don't know what you are doing. Normally it is used for pad cleaning, not for desoldering.

Do prepare some eye protection, and do it in a well ventilated area.

45W is not 450C.

Boss, I use this. it is 65W, and I can do many temps with it.

GON is not a metal board
For that price, you can get a Cheat, KMAC, or even a LZ easily.
You should consider cancelling the order.
