cleaning keycaps ah? never did that before. cleaning inside the board got la. usually when i saw something on caps, i quickly rub it away or wiped it.

i think mostly yes. RM250 you can get TKL board from China called Keycool. if you don't mind about the warranty.

other than that.. you can go Rosewill RK9000 or Ducky DK2108.
