very sorry to say tat currently we only carry drop in type in online sales.
this is because for open pod setup,
the location of air filter and air ram setting is better to be done on the spot.
and choose the best fit air filter.
as customer's satisfaction is wat we most concern,
we wan to avoid mistake which will waste customer's money and time.
hope u will understand..

normally aftermarket performance air filter got 2 types,
1.open pod 2.drop in

for all kind of open pod, it must produce the sound of air suck in, which is the NOISE u said about.

for all kind of drop in filter, i will not produce extra noise than ur stock one,
because it still using ur stock air box.

all 4g13/4g15p carb is using same stock air filter box.
the black filter box where the intake is in front the extractor.
the one i selling here is the drop in type
as shown in first page

this is when the box opened and put in the K&N drop in filter,
the filter box must put back b4 u start the engine.

if ur car doesn come wif this filter box,
then ure using the open pod so called mushroom filter already.
if u wan to buy my K&N drop in,
u hv to find back 1 ori 4g13/4g15 carb air filter box.

if its from wira 1.5 carb
it must be same wif iswara stock one
where ur filter box?
now the matter is hows ur filter box look like,
not the carb problem..

ya, drop in type actually won produce any extra sound if compare to ur stock OEM filter,
and this is the reason some ppl choose drop in becoz they prefer a quiet family car but still hv some performance.
