you can disable some of the transparency and "nice" features in IOS7 which will make ipad2 faster. A lot of ppl says it becomes usable once those features are disabled. Google for this..lots of sites teach you how to do it. I will upgrade my ipad2 once jailbreak in ios7 is stable.
