QUOTE(rayzrblade @ Dec 1 2013, 02:20 PM) Sony store in Malacca. i read some review in internet, if u own smartphone + SW2 + SBH52, it is perfect combination. But how to setting both (SW2 and SBH52) to work with phone? I'm buying SBH52, will receive it next week.RM75 only. Never use a pebble before so cant comment much. But as far as I know, if u want some simple long lasting battery smartwatch just show u notifications a bit more in that small screen. Then pebble it is. If u want more. Sw2 is ur choice. Hehe |

QUOTE(masterelr @ Dec 1 2013, 04:45 PM) Was thinking the same thing a few months ago. Last time I checked the Smartwatch is around RM200 more expensive than Pebble. It really depends on what you want to use the smartwatch for. Thank you for ur comments. In case spoilt, the charger cannot get/order from pebble website?Previously I was using the previous version of Sony smartwatch and now I'm using Pebble. Pebble is the clear winner. Notifications such as SMS, Whatsapp, and emails are flawless while Sony is still buggy. Exercising app such as Run Keeper also works well on Pebble. Pebble is also water proof, able to view in sunlight, and battery last up to five days. You can't even wash your hands with the Sony smartwach, hard to view in sunlight and battery only last for about 2 to 3 days. The only good thing about Sony smartwatch is that it looks cooler and has a color/touch screen. But those won't matter if you're not planning to show off. It might have more apps but more than half of it is pretty useless. The biggest con for the Pebble is its USB charger. Once you spoil it I'm not sure where can you get a replacement. |

QUOTE(masterelr @ Dec 1 2013, 06:26 PM) They don't sell the charger separately so yeah.. not sure where else can you get it. Haven't managed to find out. Guys, good news! I found 1 seller selling charger for Pebble. If warranty is important to you then that's another thing you should find out for the Pebble. If its spoilt I'm not sure if you should send it back to them or what because they don't have a store here. http://www.amazon.co.uk/Victsing%C2%AE-Lat...ds=pebble+watch |

QUOTE(whyhon @ Dec 1 2013, 10:37 PM) QUOTE(masterelr @ Dec 2 2013, 01:29 AM) Yeah my public bank also charge me RM487 for USD150. I emailled Pebble to cancel the order since it is no difference between 130usd and 150usd converted to RM. Let see how much CIMB will return back my money Sweet! But... its around RM50 and not even including shipping yet... It can stand a little splash and rain but that's about it. You definitely can't use it in the shower. I think mine was spoilt because it kena too much rain but then again mine was the previous version (which was only splash proof) and not the new Smartwatch 2. |

QUOTE(kirokiroshin @ Dec 5 2013, 12:01 PM) well, I'm not sure with that one. It's mentioned in their website that it will take "several weeks". I guess it will take a while to update. i emailled them yesterday, and they told me the tracking no will appear in the system within 24-36 hours. But now already 48hours |

QUOTE(deddo @ Dec 7 2013, 01:42 AM) Waiting to receive mine in mid December. how much is it bro? Damn can't wait for it. Omate TrueSmart Watch [attachmentid=3757214] QUOTE(masterelr @ Dec 7 2013, 09:45 AM) I got mine here that comes with skins for Pebble. Err.. i'm not expert to cut the SP. Previously, my SP damaged when i cut it myself http://www.gadgetwraps.com/ It's around RM37 each and there's 30% discount for this month. A simpler way will probably just buy a phone screen protector and cut it out. |

QUOTE(ZeneticX @ Dec 8 2013, 11:06 PM) many forumers selling new sw2 for rm400+ at garage sales. so i was wondering whether is it a better deal compared to pebble I almost bought 1 sw2 last week from forummer. Since most of the time i'm riding my motobike, makes me think twice to wear this watch especially with the current weather. At last I decided to get Pebble which going to pair with my Sony SBH52 and SGN3 |

QUOTE(ZeneticX @ Dec 9 2013, 12:22 AM) most important features that pebble got which is Water Resistant up to 5 ATM. Sw2 only can accept splash of water not not water resistant. And another important is the battery life which pebble can stand for up to 7 days per charging and i heard will stay longer using 2.0 firmware. |

QUOTE(ZeneticX @ Dec 9 2013, 01:15 AM) sw2 got IP57 rating Cool video http://www.androidcentral.com/yes-sony-sma...water-resistant not sure why so many people misunderstood that it can only receive splashes. since its IP57 (same as xperia z), it should be able to survive fully submerged in water provided the usb flap is closed. for battery life i can agree, based on the reviews i read so far. sw2 can manage only 3 to 4 days Pebble will be my 1st smart watch, and 2nd would be Omate TrueSmart (if they really can deliver the item successfully |
