Mi3 confirm will get KitKat as it was powered by Qualcomm SD 800, and I believe that Mi3s is preload with KitKat.

Nope really. Both of you and tanalvis are might be right or wrong. Or possible the CPUZ detected it wrong.

Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 MSM8974AB got 2 version. V2 called 800 while V3 called 801. V2 support EMMC 4.5 while the latest 801 support EMMC 5.0.

Oh yeah, that is it.. not sure why under 801 section. Meanwhile, new 801 SoC not only support LTE, it even support emmc 5.0 faster storage.
