try go to setting n select location.. untick 'Google location services'.. this setting my HO battery last longer.. 21hours, 3.25 hours SOT.. left 30%.. thumbup.gif

can anyone try this setting for their camera and face to your palm.. see if purple tint gone? mine improve a lotttttt for this setting..

We understand that you have a concern on your HTC One which have colour tint issue on the pictures that taken in the low light.

We do apologize for any inconvenience that has caused, we are glad to assist you with your concern. In response to your query, we would like to recommend you to first follow the troubleshooting steps below:

1. Ambient Light conditions: If the pictures were taken and camera was used at dim or dark environment, the bright pattern and dots will be easily discovered due to the dim or dark environment, kindly adjust the ISO to lower level to reduce the noise.

2. Device Temperature: If the symptom could be discovered at bright environment, it might due to the high temperature of the device, kindly stop any operations at the moment to cool down their device and try to take pictures later again.

3. Excluding the two criteria above, if this symptom could be discovered still, we would like to recommend you to perform factory reset step on your phone which could help to isolate the issue, kindly follow the steps given below :

(i) Factory reset

1. From all applications go to " Settings ".
2. Tap " Backup & reset ".
3. Then choose " Reset the phone ".

Before proceed with the factory reset, we would like to advise you to back up your data first because factory reset might cause you to lost all the data in your phone. You can visit our official website to download the HTC Sync Manager to backup your data to your computer. This is the website address and the steps :

1. Go to www.htc.com/sea website.
2. Choose Support then scroll down and you will see " HTC Sync Manager ".
3. Click on " LEARN MORE " after that you will see HTC Sync Manager instruction and also to download.
4. Click on download and follow the instructions to do complete backup.

I try to heat up my phone by non stop suffering till I can feel the heat than test my camera, It's all black if I'm covered the lens or no more purple tint if shooting in extremely low light environment.

To be honest, I talk gentle and softly with the SC help desk, ask her to help is that possible to collect ASAP, I think she may did something for my case, appreciated her.

do you have antutu software..? that software can stress test ur phone and heat the phone.. that can be used to try your camera too if its really fixed..
