How to complaint to HTC HQ Taiwan? I went to HTC taiwan sending email at the end my complaint routed back to customer service Malaysia who told me "once complete repair we will inform you". Kanasai, same thing being told. And no god damn DATE !!I am patient because got spare phone to use. Otherwise complain straight to HTC HQ taiwan already.
