I used 2 months, now with service centre almost 2 months. Sent in 30 July. I am extremely angry now!

How to complaint to HTC HQ Taiwan? I went to HTC taiwan sending email at the end my complaint routed back to customer service Malaysia who told me "once complete repair we will inform you". Kanasai, same thing being told. And no god damn DATE !!

My phone got no issue until housing change. I am skeptical in believing software update could fix it.

3)If the stock or parts are not enough, please indicate the purchase earlier so that the user don't need to wait. I waited 3 weeks for parts only....but the customer service told me less than 1 week when I sent in. If I know the service center lack of parts, I won't sent in first till the parts arrive. The service center should advise me earlier because my phone are working fine but the camera have purple tint. I bought the phone for 4 months and 1 month of it was in service center. I still haven't get my phone till today.

4) Lack of feedback. There should be a system/webpage indicate the phone progress status. This will reduce the customer service job because users can check online on the progress. You need to have a system like DHL/POS system where it indicate the status. It will really help the user satisfaction.

Bravo. Exactly what i feel for all above. One thing to add - the technicians are not pro and caused my phone housing cracked after his/her repair. Terrible. Make me waited total 2 months after owning the phone 2 months!

By the way, i collected the phone last Friday. Complaint was crackling sound, purptle tint screen caused after their repair earlier. (when i purchased the phone it didn't have all these prob !)

Purple tint screen issue now gone. They stated they replaced camera and speaker.

Also they helped me reflash rom to 4.2.2. No more free musics and wonderful scenery wallpapers by HTC. WTF.

I still dun believe the purple ting screen is due to software bug because i didn't have the issue earlier until they changed the phone housing.

Mine got back from repair v4.2.2 now. Previously v4.1. No purple tint screen since last week until now. They changed camera and speaker which addressed my complaint. Previously changed phone housing too. So i still think it's hardware prob.

And no, it is not a small issue, 1 of the reasons I bought this phone is because I was attracted by the ability of HTC One to snap great photos under low light condition. Who knows purple tint yang keluar pula  doh.gif

Read the requirement of the form after filing info for tribunal.

Buyer must attend - no rep nor lawyer is allowed.

A copy of the tribunal document should be sent by you - via post using registered mail or dunno what yellow card.

My friend successfully got back refund. Make sure you pandai cakap and give correct evidence that this is worldwide issue, etc.

Mine is working fine after 2 months masuk ICU (service centre lol )

Sorry to interrupt, anybody has issue with synching facebook contact into your HTC One?

In the Account & sync > Facebook, I tab to sync now (i didn't let it auto-sync, wanna save power).

The livefeed and calendar of facebook can be sync with date showed the latest date of sync. But Contacts can't! No show of the latest sync date.

Any help?

The phone was with SIS for 1:1 exchange earlier but the power button sank in issue persist. SIS continued with repair but my friend didn't want and request for a good phone or refund. Useless cos they wont listen.

My friend right away filed to tribunal quietly while SIS held the phone. They also called to inform my friend that still being repaired but my friend's heart already died. Disappointed. Their call just tell you being repaired, same thing over and over again without other action to further expedite it. So he just replied slackingly "yeah yeah ok" and nvr urged already but in fact tribunal case court was being scheduled.

He went to the court in putrajaya and has to queue because there were other cases being judged so you get to listen hahaha..

When his turn, he stood one side and SIS rep stood another side.

The judge let them to talk and debate. My friend showed printed proof about the communication, especially about the widely known power sank button issue. But the SIS rep said "HTC One is the best selling right now, no problem". Haha he shut up after my friend said "judge, u wanna see the HTC fb complaint?" hahaha....

Most importantly, speak bahasa melayu la, although English is allowed.

kekeke... Now friend got but full refund plus the parking fees to visit Kelana jaya service centre.

The phone no where. Sis was the last party to hold it....

Of course yes. Sent in service centre and expect to be fixed within the week and yet the new sealed box phone exhibited the same power issue so he rejected on the spot.

If your purchase is within 14 days i think can straight tribunal for a refund. But i would suggest to nego with SIS first at least you as a consumer has tried your best before going to court. I would be confidently arguing with them if i did my part communicate with and yet they refused to treat customers rationally. (Of course not all the time customer is right. Don't be naive)
