We would like to provide you few steps which has chances to solve your problem with your phone, these are steps that we would like to advise you to try : (i) Soft reset 1. From all application, please go to " Settings " 2. Tap on " Power " and uncheck the " Fastboot " 3. Press and hold the “Power” button, and then tap “Restart” 4. When asked to confirm, tap “Restart” (ii) Safe mode 1. Press and hold the power button 2. Tap on 'RESTART' then wait until HTC LOGO appear 3. After you see the HTC LOGO appear just press and hold the volume down button until you see the home screen 4. Then 'SAFE MODE' word will appear left bottom of the screen You can perform hard reset on the device. After a hard reset, the device is restored to its default settings—the way it was when you first purchased it and turned it on. Any applications you installed, data you entered, and settings you customized on your device will be lost. Only the operating system and other pre-installed applications will remain. 1. Press HOME > MENU, then tap Settings. 2. Scroll down the screen, and then tap Storage > Factory data reset. 3. On the Factory data reset screen, tap Reset phone and then tap Erase everything. Note: Factory reset will not erase the data and files that are on the storage card or SD card if any. Besides, regarding your warranty claim concern, HTC One model will considered under warranty for so far since it has been launched ot more than 1 month. If the above information unable solved your issue, we are able to arrange a free courier pick up for you as well.
