THey must be thinking our competitors has larger screen size, we should make one.
Perhaps one of the committee suggest why don't we "upsize" our flagship to balance those consumer who wants larger screen.

no need to worry bro. Thr is this policy that if the set is visibly  damaged, for example, housing got scratched. They will replace new housing for you. I confirmed this from them. On the plus side it's always good to attach a note with it stating the condition of the phone if thr r any scratches and get it signed from them so that when u get ur phone back. You can recheck and show them the signed note if thr is any fault.

In short it's all on how you deal with them. YOU my friend are the boss if they even increase thr tone a bit or sound bias, you give them a formal mouthful then talk to thr senior and if they act bossy, just go with tribunal. I am very good with talking with these kind of people, so I managed to control them well

Well, right now the highest I've seen in 44deg, try not to let it stay at that temperature. Your camera will show the purple tint problem till it cools down to about 32deg. Possibly long term damage to the lens ( leads to the purple tint issue constantly) if it keeps overheating like that though, so be careful about it.
