Regarding HTC ONE purple tint issue : here's the latest updated

HTC was aware of the problem a while ago now and has finally made an official response on the subject.

We recently received a single purple color that appears in images taken with the HTC One reports. After reviewing the internal relations, we expect a software update that will enhance the color contrast in low light conditions. As we work to improve this aspect of the user experience, we thank our customers for their patience.
