the wide angle is pretty handy. just that the overall quality is not good for me, time for a QX10 perhaps
the front camera is handy when we need to camwhore in a large group, the touch countdown timer is very useful..

Aww thats sad. Heh yeah, my phone has been abused quite a lot for selfies haha. Pretty convenient for that.

Yup it heats up while charging. Not sure my definition of warm and hot is same as yours or not. But it does get quite warm. Don't use the charger so not sure. But I'd expect it to get warm too.

with dat price better just go for DSLR lah ...

should be around 1.7k. 1699 maybe... but for that price I'd better add abit more and go for DSLR. Since I don't have one yet

You own dslr before? I own one and I barely take it out now since phone camera is quite powerful for me already.

With this lens, it basically same quality with Sony flagship compact camera. RX100 and RX100 Mark II.

i would said the QX10/qx100 and DSLR is in a different category to compare.

QX10/100 provide the convenient that DSLR cant do. small size, easy to carry around(but QX 100 is not quite small also), direct upload photo thru smart phone.

DSLR more to quality photos, more lens options.(but now DSLR start to have wifi function that can upload to smart phone.

like me, owning a DSLR, still like something small and portable, cos you not going to bring your DSLR with you all the time.

i already sell my DSLR...just bought NEX5, small, easy to carry...no need large bag...now just bring smartphone only to shoot....if going something big like macro, pano or fireworks then bring out my NEX5

nowaday people no need to print out picture...just keep on HDD...if u want to print it, 13Mpxl already good enough...
DSLR picture if u want to print it in big size, then it ok...more details pixel on it...

HTC claim that they will fix via software update

I care more about the lens quality, aperture etc than megapixels
