Just sharing, my officemate had a very serious SOD issue with his phone (before .510). Every 4 hours, the phone screen dies on him and he needs to hard reset using the small 'reset' button. It worked for a few times, but then, after a few days even the 'reset' button didnt work to reboot the phone.     

So, I asked him to do the Volume Up + Power button reset method instead, and it worked like a charm.. summore the SOD became less frequent, before is 4hrs, after using the button combo his phone usually lasted 12hrs or more before SOD.

Dunno why people prefer the hard reset key? a little troublesome to open flap and find small object to push. For me I dont believe in the reset key after my friends case, as I feel the android standard of Volume Up + Power button does a better job and made a major problem less major in a way, unconventional, yes, but we never know what actually ticks in those complex electronic circuits.. 

He did send to Sony SC, but sony SC said its software issue and not hardware  .. and updated his firmware to .475. Then they say wait for .510 and see results. .475 did no difference, still got SOD. But after the .510 update, his phone was indeed cured. No more SOD since the updates.

Yalo, after use this XZU, now I feel 5" really small...

In-fact good also, haha! I no need think on changing to Z1 and can wait till next year 2014, Aug - Sept as that the time Phablet get announce.

Got a call from Sony. Screen is not covered by warranty.

RM1,100 to replace the cracked screen. They will just give me a new unit.

Note 3 just 1gb more ram only, no point jump to since XZU 2GB still very enough to use

In my life since using phone start from year 2000 until now. I only drop twice the phone. Lucky that two times also nothing happen.

I am really particular or maybe sick.

My phone outer must be 99% in perfect condition and I wipe my screen after every touch as I need to make sure the screen always perfect clean.

Kids is prohibited touch my phone unless I know them are very take care kids, then will only allow them play a while where under my 100% monitoring.

I cannot accept anyone phone screen is dirty, I will automatic clean for them. Andrew_1980, if I know you, I will immediate clean your phone, your phone screen is crazy dirty base on the photo you snap. I really cannot accept. Haha!

I hate seen people put phone on desk by throwing on the table.

Actually not only phone, everything I use need to be in perfect condition. Hehe!

Seriously after own XZU, I really feel like a boss xD In the crowd student, my phone is the most biggest, the most powerful (except compared to Iphone / note 3)

just keep XZU and buy Note 3 la.. 

already call sony..if want to change pay rm1100...the screen protector come with the lcd..so if want to tukar..kena tukar semua..haih...rasa nak peel of n ganti screen protector yang baru je...coz I cannot look that calar2..
