I guess there is no exact answer to your question. You cannot predict how long it will last, especially when the time of use varies from a person to another. I have a Venice E3 3200+ 270@1.52V, use for torrent on 24x7 since last year May.

electronic device cannot predictable 1 , it will died anytime and anywhere without warning . adding some voltage sure will short a cpu life-span la , more heat , mean more faster electronic component die .

even u have the best cooling there... running cpu with extreme high voltage will kill it too.... not because of the heat.... it's because of the voltage as well..

so normally how long is a cpu lifespan running at stock vcore, yeah the comp not gonna run for 10years since it will be outdated at tht time, so nw pump some extra 10% voltages, running more performance...

my dad's laptop (toshiba satellite)bought in 1997: pentium2 pro MMX still okay right now..not even a problem with hd or processor thingy..
maybe old stuff last longer than nowdays productions..sweat.gif
it depends on how frequently u use it also..
if i'm not mistaken, intel did tell their cpus life span in the retail box manual..
but not sure amdlah..!
