Recently I found that my hair is very oily especially after expose to hot sun. I wash my hair daily before sleep and dry it. the next morning it is ok but once I come back from work, it is just so oily. And recently I think my hair fall has just increased too. Anyone know how to deal with this? sad.gif

Go to pharmacy and buy Neem which is to prevent hair fall especially with excessive hair wash due to oily hair and scalp.

Make your own baking soda shampoo even easier.

Start by mixing 1 part baking soda with 3 parts water. You can adjust this depending on your hair length.
Apply the baking soda and water mixture to dry or wet hair by starting at the roots and working to the ends.
Let it sit for 1 - 3 minutes then rinse with warm water.
After washing and rinsing with the baking soda mixture, you'll want to apply a vinegar rinse.

Vinegar Rinse

Mix 1 part white or apple cider vinegar with 4 parts water. To minimize the vinegar smell, I add lavender, peppermint, and/or rosemary essential oils to the vinegar mixture. I like to mix a big batch of this ahead of time and keep it in a squeeze bottle in the shower.

Tilt your head back, close your eyes (to avoid getting this mixture in your eyes), and distribute through your hair.

After a few seconds, rinse with cold water. The cold water helps to seal in moisture, smooth the hair, and add shine.

At one point, I had this super oily hair for about 2 weeks despite washing it frequently. The oil stays even though I have just shampooed it. Then I try out this "listerene" thingy I've red in the internet. Right after shampooing, I pour some listerene onto my scalp and massage it for about 1 minute. Rinse it and voila. The oil is gone. Used it for about 1 week and after that, no more oily

As part of daily maintenance, you can use dry shampoo when you're out. Baby powder does the trick.

If you use shampoo daily, ur hair will be more oily. Reason is because hair need to excrete hair oil because it's already removed by shampoo. So the more u wash, the more oil it will become.

The more u use shampoo too will make your hair fall dramatically.

I went shampooless (not using shampoo) for more than 1 year already.. not oily anymore, no more hair drop, unless i eat msg food

Honestly, what is safe in all the things we used or eat these days? All potentially contain harmful chemicals.
Except if you home-made it smile.gif

All in our supermarket.. use lesser if u need, dilute it..

In our sanitary pad, it's plastic u know.. BPA
Till now i haven't find a better solution for this.. try with baby cotton cloth but it's soooo troublesome when it's cover with blood.. no use.. back to sanitary pad

You may want to have 2 different shampoos. Use different shampoos alternate days. My dandruff disappeared after I use that method. Oily hair generates dandruff! wink.gif Good luck.

I think you need to use shampoo which is less moisture and try to avoid apply conditioner or hair masks or hair treatment on your scalp!

I think you need to seek advice from hair dresser or those people who are pro in hair-thing. wub.gif

For everyone even for male just an information:-

For scarp shampoo:- you may use your hand to scrub your head

For normal shampoo:- avoid scrub your head, just hair

If want to avoid hair fall try not too strong to wash it, gentle and use warm water.

If oily hair, you hv to choose for oil control hair shampoo. Besides tat, try not keep using your hand to touch you hair, cos it will make it more oily.

i'm recommend you to try Batiste dry shampoo to control ur scalp excessive oil too,,
it really work on me cos my hair is super oily type

The safest way is to use ALL NATURAL Shampoo..there isn't that much on the market, but I manage to found one..I highly recommended to you to use it.

Hair fall due to your oily scalp:) try not to wash everyday.perhaps alternate and cut down abit?
