Been wanting to get a 30GB video for a while...but i heard that there might be something new coming in the next few months..

By the time whatever new iPod is being released, you'll be hearing more rumors about another new and more advanced iPod slated for release in another few months time. So in the end, do you intend on waiting forever....?

That's a little much.

The idea of a touch screen iPod was neat. Of course there were practical issues taken into consideration - how to keep a large backlit screen and a harddrive spinning for a satisfactory amount of time? Too bad the Engadget iPod Touch Screen photos were all 'chopped.

i'm figuring the ipod phone, (or iphone??) how will it looks like, and one thing for sure the price must be damn high

REad the latest print of STUFF magazine. There is an article about the future ipod , it is an ipod with widescreen , probably 4'5 or 6'5 , and the click wheel is on the screen as well ....

i think apple better think to built pda than built the widescreen ipod, widescreen ipod funtion's just to watch video? for me if listening to mp3 while walking or in lrt it is ok, but if watching video? while walking in the bb plaza while watching the video.. haha.. dunno what to say lorr.. huh.. apple u better built pda lor..

perhaps you never care to flip thru the history of apple.... they did it with the Newton back in the 90s, a very early example of a PDA (and the term PDA wasn't even very popular back then), and it flopped...

it is actually depends on usage actually . Some ppl find 2'5 inch screen on Ipod 5G dont really fulfill their needs , they need a larger screen ipod . Honestly , watching a video on 2'5 inch screen really makes my eyes tired..

I think if they make a Ipod Phone with click wheel is fine..haha

a widescreen ipod just better when to see a movie with 2 hours period...others than that???seems like nothing..but who gonna walk while watching video???even those with handset that can play fullscreen video will never do that!!!...
ipod with pda is a good idea..but maybe it will change the name to pocketmac???

apple would refresh the ipod at least once a year, usually just before christmas (around october) so that they'll make a good xmas gift.
