I'm currently an end user in SAP HR and have plans to move on to the more technical side as consultant or support analyst. My plan is to get certified by next year in order to do that but before that I would like to know what's the current trend in the market. Is the demand for sap ppl good now? Any experience sifu can advice? Thanks.
