After being a FICO business consultant for 9 years, I would suggest you to get SAP reference books reading first, before enrolling yourself into full SAP FI course. There are few good SAP FICO books from www.bookdepository.com (free delivery to Malaysia) that you may want to consider. Some of the books contain screenshots and some are just T-code directory( it just how i feel)

Since you are in manager level, I would advise you to go for SAP best practice business process flow, rather than technical configuration. As an end user, you are normally has no access on configuration.
