I need to build a cable so I can program an aircraft computer and I was wondering if anyone could tell me where i can buy the 9pin D connectors so I can wire one up.

I need the connectors as it is a hybrid RS232 cable so not standard pins.

I am in Glenmarie but if there is somewhere in the CBD or any of the shops at low yat it would be great.

Also looking for a USB to Serial converter - anyone sell?

IT shops or Eletronics shop would have. Like Digital Mall at PJ or Low Yat Plaza at KL.

If just connector then Pasar Road should have. There is one connector shop in PJ too, Re Spares at SS2. But not sure if they are still around now.

Go Imbi plaza. There is 1 shop call Silicon Electronics. They should have these stuffs. Can ask them custom for you as well.

Forget to mention I am visiting from Australia on a project so don't really have transport just taxi and don't really know KL.

Jalan Pasar is a road with lots of electronics (components) shops. It's very close to Low Yat Plaza in the center of KL. Distance is only about 2km.

Sry for tumpang thread. Any sifus know where can I get FEMALE RS232 to USB cable without the need of any converter port ?

All the shops I went only have MALE rs232 to USB cable. even the last shop that I got also no longer have it.

Try look for 1 shop at jalan pasar call Sigma, lots of connector and also electronic comp.
