damn, i just open back my 3ds to download bravely default demo and i got prompt to create this nintendo network ID...so i created it and link with my user id (which i have 30usd in eshop) but my nintendo network id name spelled incorrect...tried to delete the nintendo network id but it says my funds will be gone? would like to confirm this...my 30usd not yet spend..

Guess you will have to stick with that Nintendo Network ID. Fund is now tied to the NNID. Fund was previously tied to your 3DS but since you have merge it cannot do anything.
It is not only your 30usd that is going to be gone, all digital games you download from 3DS also need to be re-purchase.

there is other way of doing rite? by formatting my sd card and re link my acc to a new NNID? wonder save game file is in the 3ds game tape itself right?

I don't think so.
Do not take the risk. If you get a new NNID, then your 3DS will not be able to play all those digital games you have bought from the e-shop for your 3DS.
Even if you re-link it with a new NNID your 30USD is already on the old NNID.

let me get this straight, should I ever go and link my NNID with shop, can i still change my region to access certain eshop title or im parmenantly stuck with whatever/wherever I first set while linking. (atm : alberta cause malaysia eshop has nothing)
