Hi im not even sure whether there's such thing lol.
Basically im trying to look for whey/protein shakes that could replace my standard meals while maintaining protein level with minimal calories intake.
Is there such a thing? If there are where to source for them??
Thanks^^

Wheys serves as extra to your daily intakes, not to replace solid foods.

But meal replacement shakes does not equal to whey protein.

if you only drink whey, you will not feel full and always hungry. you need to eat whole food to satisfy your hunger. if your whole food is low in protein and you want to to add protein as supplement, choose whey protein (concentrate/isolate) as it most of the content (80%++) is protein. do not take mass gainer as most of the calories is sugar.
