Demba Ba is our last resort actually since RM wont allow Benzema to leave yet. We did submiy our bid but they say cannot since you already got Ozil.

QUOTE(rickysay @ Sep 3 2013, 09:56 AM) Anyone know are loan deals still permitted after transfer window shuts? Cause we only have Giroud as striker. I don't trust Podolski, Walcott, Sanogo and worse of all Bendtner as CF. Poldi plays the best at left wing, Walcott in his right too. Young Sanogo is still young. Bendtner still thinks he's Messi, his goal record in Juve proved otherwise. We need a striker real bad. I dont think its allowed but if the paperwork have been submitted to FA and just waiting for confirmation then its okay. At this moment we were only allowed to sign free agents or youngster from academy. |

QUOTE(raizo7 @ Sep 3 2013, 10:57 AM) Hahaha at least I was able to kept some you to remain positive throughout the summer right? Actually i was referring to your avatar..now hes coming back! Not everything goes as planned unfortunately. But rest assured, from this point forward, we will have a large sum of money to spend every summer. No more financial limitations. No more socialist wages. And with the arrival Ozil, that would proves to everyone that Arsenal can actually attract world class players! » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « |

QUOTE(Thumpy Ick @ Sep 3 2013, 12:36 PM) NNS BPL tu apa? i x prnh buat la cristina hehehe Ala kalau you da ade home kit, you pegi Mykitzone ke, alikhsan BB Plaza ke, untuk letak name and numbering mcm BPL style tu. OZIL 11 mesti ade stok punya since those letters tak ramai org guna. if that goal.com story is to be believed, ozil had already arrived in london before the spurs game to get his first medical and to get himself used to the surroundings. i guess levy had an idea of this when he delayed bale's transfer. but after all of that, spurs still lost and we get a player better than any of their signings. ahh, what an excellent few days we've had. |

QUOTE(gunnerah @ Sep 3 2013, 12:54 PM) I'm actually really looking forward to see Bale do well with Madrid. Why we didn't sign him when we had the chance, I will never understand. He seems like a nice guy, but he made the wrong choice in moving to Sp*rs. Wish him luck with Real. I think because we already got Walcott at that time. And Bale is originally a left-back and we did have enough softback at that time. We got AOC tho. |

QUOTE(aladdin @ Sep 3 2013, 01:03 PM) Wish we could have Di Maria/Benzema..that will be the perfect squad. Yeah still at QPR cuz he wants to stay in London. I believe if we came knocking, he will sign that thing but he will wants to play, while we have Sczezsny who is the 1st choice GK already.btw, where is cesar now? still with QPR? |

QUOTE(waruna @ Sep 3 2013, 02:22 PM) Suddenly Fellaini becomes 'not overrated' from that fans. I think our 4 Centre-back is one of the best in BPL/Europe. We can rotate Per - Kosc - Sagna and Vermaelen.By the way, I agree about we still need to strengthen the squad by bringing 2-3 more defensive and players. But if they're come, who's gonna benched out/sold? hmmm I miss old Vermaelen when he's in first season with Arsenal. Top goalscorer (Defender)... On the right we have Sagna and Jenks but the latter have to improve his game for sure. On the left we have Gibbs and Monreal. On this side, we can always rotate, both are good enough. So I think our squad is complete BUT I would love to have a Striker (which is I think Ba suits our needs). I do think when we are stuck, Ba can produce the goal we need to win/draw the game. No matter what just happened, we got MESUT OZIL!!!! |
